Shipping & Return

We at UBIC are solely responsible for the clothes we sell.

Shipping Policy

  • We take around 7-10 days to ship your ordered merchandise.

  • In case of unfortunate circumstances, kindly expect a slight delay in delivery. Please understand we leave no stone unturned to deliver the products you order hassle-free and on time.

  • We will keep you updated with the status of your order via emails and text messages – both when an order is placed and shipped out.


We allow “Return” of the apparel purchased from UBIC within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Please note:

Return of the products will only be processed if the product is intact and in its original condition. This implies that the products must be:

  • Unwashed

  • Unaltered

  • Unused

  • Unscented and in a sealable condition with the original price tags attached. Keep your invoice and packaging handy for a seamless experience.

The products received will undergo a thorough quality check once it reaches the UBIC warehouse. Kindly note if the products received fail to meet the quality standards, we will ship the products back to you.

You may write to us at to raise or request a return. We will arrange for the merchandise to be collected from the concerned delivery address via courier in 2-3 working days from the date of request. Once the courier executive has collected the order, you will receive a text message or a physical receipt for the same. Kindly retain the details for future use.
